Ryman Arts: Guest Speaker Presentation
Ron Llanos, a college buddy of mine from my days at ArtCenter, reached out to me earlier this year and asked if I would appear as a guest speaker at his Ryman Arts classes. Ryman Arts is an afterschool program for high school students seeking specialized education in the visual arts. They conduct their class sessions on weekends at Otis College of Art & Design in Los Angeles, CA.
I was happy to oblige Ron with his request and got to work with curating a presentation which covered my entire career thus far as a professional artist from my days as an editorial illustrator to various animated projects I have worked on throughout the years. Since it is a comprehensive look at all my work up to this point in my life, I felt like it was worthy of recording and sharing with you here. So if you are curious to see what a 20 year long career as a full-time artist can look like, then I invite you to watch this presentation.
